Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Take a petite pan and mix honey and balsamic vinegar in it. Please put it on a medium flame until it’s condensed and thicker, which takes roughly 10 minutes.
Now, on a plate, lay out mozzarella and tomato slices. Alternate them and overlap some too.
Slip in some basil leaves between these slices. Shower your salad with the balsamic sauce and add a dash of salt and pepper.
Top it off with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve it up without delay.
