Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salsa and sour cream for serving
Get a bowl. Put in olive oil, chili, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir it all up. Now, put in the shrimp. Make sure they’re covered with this mix. Get a big skillet. Could you put it on medium-high?
Now, add the shrimp. Cook until they’re pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Next, heat the tortillas. You can use a skillet or the microwave. Now, it’s time to make the tacos.
On each tortilla, put some cabbage, then the cooked shrimp. Add avocado slices and cilantro.
Ready to eat? Not yet. Serve them with lime wedges, salsa, and sour cream.
